Registration/Use of a secure area and password

You agree that Mashmobile shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such termination. Upon termination, you must destroy all content and any copies obtained from this website. Your right to use the website is not transferable.

 
Miscellaneous
Applicable Agreement(s)

Language
This Agreement is in the English language only, which language shall be controlling in all respects. All communications and notices to be made pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the English language.
Void where prohibited
Not all products or services discussed or referenced in or on the website are available to all persons, or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions, even though the website may be accessible worldwide. Mashmobile reserves the right to limit the availability of the website and/or the provision of any product or service to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction in its sole discretion, and to limit the quantity of any such product or service.
